Some Rossiter students to finish week at HMS

Starting this morning, fourth- and fifth-graders from Rossiter Elementary will be back in school. They just won’t be at Rossiter.

The school district announced last night that those students will be transported to Helena Middle School for classes the remainder of the week, while kids in K-3rd grade will have the rest of the week off.

The district plans, tentatively, to have all Rossiter students begin classes on Monday at Carroll College, but details are still being worked out.

School Aged Child Care for Rossiter students will pick back up again on Monday as well, at Four Gs Elementary School. The District will transport students from Carroll College to Four Gs at the end of the day, and parents will be able to pick up their kids from SACC at Four Gs.

The district food service will provide meals for fourth and fifth graders who are attending HMS for the remainder of this week. Beginning Monday, food service will be provided for all K-5 students at Carroll.
