Kurt Kittelson

Kurt Kittelson is an integral part of Newsradio 95 KCAP’s efforts to bring you the latest information every day.  Kurt is the host of Montana’s Morning News from 6-8:30 every weekday morning.  He brings you the news weather, and sports you need Monday through Friday.  Kurt brings his decades-long experience in Montana issues to the KCAP newsdesk, providing insight and perspective you can’t anywhere else.  You also hear his voice on our sister station 99.5 The Bull, offering newsbriefs that keep you up to date

Jay Scott

KCAP’s own Jay Scott anchors KCAP News at the bottom of each hour,  is the host of “Coffee Break,”  heard weekdays from 8:30 to 9 and Montana’s Afternoon news at 5:06.  Jay brings his legendary experience to the broadcast booth everyday with his extensive knoweldge of Montana issues, politics and, of course, sports.  He is the “voice” of Capital High School Bruins football and basketball, as well the “man behind the mic” for the Helena Senators American Legion Baseball team.

 When he’s not on the sports desk, Jay is involved on the field and court. as a referee/umpire for several different sports.  Fun tip: he umpired in pro baseball for 6 years, with two National League spring training assignments.  Drop Jay a line at jscott@montanaradio.com.
