If you’re on Medicaid, there’s a new card coming your way.
In fact, you may have already received it.
Montana Attorney General Tim Fox joined Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Regional Administrator Jeff Hinson and other representatives on Monday to announce the mailing of the cards to Montana residents.
The best thing about the new cards – and the reason they are being introduced in the first place – is that they no longer will include social security numbers, instead using randomized alpha-numeric sequences.
