A man is behind bars in Lewis and Clark County after he reportedly fired two shots into the air during a SWAT arrest.
Police say Stryker Miller fled the scene of a reported domestic disturbance Saturday night with a gun and ended up in a nearby shed. When SWAT officers tried to arrest the 21-year-old after a standoff, he reportedly fired the gun through the roof of the shed. No one was injured.
Miller was eventually taken into custody on numerous charges, including partner/family member assault and assault with a weapon.
