Kayser pleads not guilty in Darby school threat case

The teen accused of making threats on social media against Darby High School has plead not guilty.

MacLean Kayser entered that plea to intimidation and assault with a weapon charges during a court appearance yesterday.  The 18-year-old reportedly made threats against the school on Snapchat late last month but he told investigators be intended them as a joke.

Kayser was released from custody yesterday after a judge reduced his bail though he will not be allowed to go to school while out of jail.
